Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
HOLIDAY ITEMS- are final sale
We currently only accept exchanges. If you would like to do a return you will receive store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact post office for any missing packages we are not responsible for anything lost or stolen once it is confirmed as delivered. we are not responsible for any delay due to USPS.
To start a return, you can contact us at honeyandcub@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to ship the item back and provide us a tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping fee is not the responsibilty of Honeyandcub, sender must pay for shipping. Please message us for the address, if you no longer have it.
If doing an exchange, once the return is accepted, you will receive store credit to purchase the item of your choice.

Processing times current processing time is 3-7 business days. Shipping time is based on, once and item has shipped.
Address issues
Please carefully verify your address before checking out. Honeyandcub will deliver to the address provided. We are not responsible for any lost item once it is shipped, if the incorrect address was used by customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation of an order- once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled. You will receive store credit if you wish to cancel your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
